“Araw ng Kagitingan” is a day to commemorate the heroism of our strong Filipino soldiers for their battle against the oppressors during World War II.

This “Day of Valor”, the Regional Alternative Child Care Office (RACCO) XII also gives honor and gratitude to our Prospective Adoptive Parents (PAP’s), License Foster Parents and the RACCO Social Workers for their noble actions and contributions in forming and shaping the lives of abandoned, neglected and orphaned children. Thus, giving them the best love, care and placing them to the best family they deserve.

The National Authority for Child Care (NACC) ensures that no children are left behind as their best interest and welfare is the agency’s topmost priority.
