Koronadal City, August 5, 2025- The Standardization Accreditation and Monitoring Unit (SAMU) of the Regional Alternative Child Care Office (RACCO) XII, led by Ms. Joymae T. Manuel, conducted a technical assistance and case review visit to St. Agnes of Montepulciano Children’s Home, a Child Caring Agency (CCA) in the region.

This visit aimed to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and provide technical support to partner CCAs in fulfilling their mandate to care for children in need. Sr. Joelita Preagido, Director of St. Agnes of Montepulciano Children’s Home, and Ms. Aprilyn Librinca, Center Social Worker, warmly welcomed the RACCO XII team, comprising Ms. Joymae T. Manuel, Ms. Glaizel P. Geca, and Ms. Jenelyn D. Ardeña.

During the visit, Ms. Manuel discussed key updates and changes of the new law relating to the CCA accreditation, providing valuable insights on preparing and complying with each indicator. She emphasized the office’s commitment to supporting partner agencies, stating, “You have the full support of our office; we are here to provide more technical assistance when needed.”
