QUALITY POLICY
NACC’s Quality Policy specifies the overall intent and direction of the organization and its commitment to quality. It is anchored on the vision and mission and is the basis for creating the Quality Objectives. The Quality Policy is communicated by the Unit Heads to ensure that each employee can relate their contribution to the attainment of the Quality Policy. The Quality Policy is reviewed for continuing suitability.
NACC QUALITY POLICY
NACC is committed to upholding the best interest of children by providing effective and efficient adoption policy formulation, intercountry adoption regulatory services, entrustment services, and networking and advocacy that exceeds the needs and expectations of clients and stakeholders. To achieve this, we shall:
Nurture a proactive stance in protecting the Filipino child from abuse, exploitation, trafficking, and/or sale or any other practices in connection with adoption which is harmful, detrimental, or prejudicial to the child;
Actively respond to the demands of international adoption by strengthening its multi-disciplinary team of experts and competent staff; and,
Consistently comply with applicable requirements;
Continuously improve QMS with transparency, accountability, and integrity based on best practices and service excellence.
